Dr. DeLeo will call you at the phone number you provided at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please be available and have your phone turned on at that time.
The number that she will be calling from is 717-433-8842. Please save her name and number in your phone as a contact. Please do not call the doctor, she will not answer. She will call you at the scheduled time you booked. Saving her as a contact will ensure that her call will not be blocked by any type of call filter. Missed calls for the scheduled time will not receive a refund so please save her name and number in your phone ahead of time.
Missed Call Policy
If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment within the appropriate time frame* (see below) and you miss your appointment, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. To reschedule a new appointment after missing your original one, YOU MUST PAY THE FULL AMOUNT FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT TIME. Please contact hatcher98@gmail.comif you miss your appointment and would like to reschedule.
*If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please send an e-mail to hatcher98@gmail.com by 11pm the night before the day of your appointment. Any appointments that are rescheduled by 11:59pm of the night before the day of the appointment will not be subject to any fees. Cancellations that are completed by 11:59pm the night before the day of the appointment will be given a full refund. Cancellations that do not occur by 11:59pm the night before the day of the appointment will not be given a refund.
